WELCOME LETTER

Welcome to Sequoia Landscaping Inc. We look forward to providing you with an estimate on your current and future outdoor living space and landscaping needs. We would like to take this opportunity to walk you through our procedures.

Our estimators, Val Escobar and Jorge Mendoza will need a 10 business day time period (does not include weekends & holidays) to process your estimate and design, if applicable. They prepare estimates in appointment order to ensure quality and accuracy. Estimates are FREE.  The cost to see the design in advance is between $175.00 and $375.00 depending on the scope of the work and includes one revision. We will begin working on the design when the payment is received. This amount is applied to the estimate if accepted (otherwise the fee is non-refundable). Any additional revisions will be a flat fee of $100.00 each. This fee can be dropped off, mailed to our office or paid with via our online payment portal (link on our website listed above). If the fee to receive the design in advance is not paid, the design will be provided with the HOA packet.

Isa (Office Manager) handles emailing the estimates, contracts, HOA papers, deposits and payments. Once an estimate is accepted, the contract, if applicable, will be prepared within a week. When the signed contract and deposit are received, we will prepare the HOA packet that you will submit with your application for approval, if required. When HOA approval is received, it should be sent to our office so that we can schedule the work.

Zuly (Schedule Coordinator) handles the scheduling of the work and ordering materials & plants. Your job will be scheduled once the signed contract, deposit and HOA approval (if required) are received. Jobs are scheduled in the order they are received. Homeowners are responsible to obtain all required permits from the Town & County, if applicable except for the plumbing permit when required unless they request Sequoia Landscaping, Inc. obtains the permit for an additional charge of $150.00 per permit plus permit fees.

Our receptionist handles scheduling or rescheduling of appointments to see the estimators.
